Hello Singapore is a news/current affairs program produced by Mediacorp Channel 8. 2019 is the Year of the Pig (豬) according to the Chinese zodiac. For this special episode, we were briefed to come up with a Chinese New Year & the Year of the Pig in mind for the branding package. We came up with a few proposal styles and finalised this set with the client. We were very happy with the final videos.
Our main task was to come up with the creative concept, storyboard, design, illustration, and animation. For our mascot (pig) we have a 3D artist available to help execute our vision and add it to the animation. We even 3D printed and painted our mascot, it was a lot of fun to get some hands-on work!!!
